The great thing about Google Home technology is that it is constantly evolving. This is not a final product. More and more compatible devices will be introduced to the market, giving you more options and exciting possibilities. And significantly, Google Home’s artificial intelligence (AI) will continue to grow, which means that as we learn, the experiences and services offered by Google Home will only get better.
Congratulations on your purchase of Google Home Center. Google Home is a smart choice as the backbone of your smart home. In the following steps, we will first walk you through the simple process of setting up Google Home so you can enjoy all the features you have now.
Connect and enable google homepage
Download the Google Home app for your smartphone or tablet
Sign in to Google Home with your Google account. If you don’t have a Google Account yet, create one now.
After connecting to Google Home, click “+” to add your Google Home device. In this step, you will also select the physical location of your home on Google (e.g. kitchen, living room, bedroom, etc.). When Google Home detects your device, select yes to connect.
Select your home WiFi network and click Connect. Note. You will need a WiFi password to complete this step.
Google Home will now ask you to set up an assistant and complete the voting contest. This allows the Google homepage to better customize you and provide additional customization.
Enter your home address into the app so that Google Home can provide you with personalized information such as weather forecasts, traffic information and the like.
Name the device using the program and click “Complete installation”
At this point, Google Home is set up and you can use and explore other settings. Read below for an explanation of other features that you can easily use in your smart home.
